» Knockout roses and winter.?
What should I do with these roses. I never did anything to them before winter but last year 2 died. I have a bale of hay that l will throw out after Thanksgiving and I also live in Illinois. Should I spread the hay around the base of the plant for extra protection? Thanks. There must be some factor other than the winter that caused your roses to die. Knockout roses are hardy to zone 5. You should cut the roses back and then apply a thick coat of mulch to the ground( 4" minimum). In extremely cold climates some people cover their roses with buckets or small barrels and then insulate around those. Your own experience shows that they survived before. I made chicken and dumplings yesterday after not having made it for a long time. Today the dumplings are almost as hard as a rock. No leftovers for me :( I use Bisquick and milk to make the dumplings, but I never measure it. Did I use too much/too little milk? (I made it the same way I used to, and have never had this happen.) I applied for a credit card from Credit One bank after I got an offer in the mail, but now that I got it I decided that I don't want it or need it. Apart from that, the annual fee is ridiculous. They already sent me the statement for a $75 annual fee with a min payment of $20 even before the card itself arrived. Can I just not activate the card and ask them to close the account? Just over a month ago my boy had a small tumour in his mouth, found during routine dental work, diagnosed as malignant. Two weeks ago his right eye was found to have a scratch on the eyeball. This is healing, gradually, but his other eye is 'reacting' and neither wants to open properly, in repose. He has been treated by my vet but I'm now concerned that this eye problem might have deeper implications - ie has the mouth tumour 'spread' to involve his brain? How come when you make the aperature smaller such as F/22 its like the size of a dull pencil tip., but none of the picture gets cut off? As opposed to F/1.4 where its huge. I have Netscape 7.2, Google Chrome, Opera, IE and Firefox. I want to know if there is a faster or better server than those 5. I have a question regarding server configuration. this isn't directly related to vbulletin, I am asking here because the support here is much better :) What would cause a php script to "loop" what I mean by that is it just refreshes the current page when clicking links, etc.. Having the size calculated upon uploaded is preposterous and does not follow any uniform. Just over a month ago my boy had a small tumour in his mouth, found during routine dental work, diagnosed as malignant. Two weeks ago his right eye was found to have a scratch on the eyeball. This is healing, gradually, but his other eye is 'reacting' and neither wants to open properly, in repose. He has been treated by my vet but I'm now concerned that this eye problem might have deeper implications - ie has the mouth tumour 'spread' to involve his brain? I have a question regarding server configuration. this isn't directly related to vbulletin, I am asking here because the support here is much better :) What would cause a php script to "loop" what I mean by that is it just refreshes the current page when clicking links, etc.. Having the size calculated upon uploaded is preposterous and does not follow any uniform. I have a cd presentation i send to prospective clients. i would like to load a small image from my domain, so I can track how often prospective clients are actually looking at the CD. The idea requires all users to be connected to the internet, but lets assume they are. If I want to get more fancy, i might make a custom image for each CD to really track usage. Anyway, i thought I could simply export a given logo or element as a SWF and then pop it on my domain and then load it into the fla file, but apparantly its not as simple as that. I recently bought my cat new food. Only because they didn't have our regular brand in, and won't for about a week. So I had to buy different stuff. Now I know cats have a hard time changing diet. But i don't know what to do. It's been 2 or 3 days now and I haven't noticed his food getting any lower. I don't know what to do and I don't want him to starve...help! I heard I am supposed to gradually mix it in and what not, but he was pretty much out of his old stuff other than what was left in his bowl...You say you haven't noticed his food getting any lower. Not sure if sites sign with them or how it works, but I do know that they only show you prices from certain stores. Then sift through the results, 99% of the time you will find a site that offers a price LOWER than any price shown on a price comparison site. EXAMPLE ...
