I'm wondering how concerned I should be? He has thrown up 3 times and has defecated outside of his litter box. He is very lethargic. Are there any other ideas of what could be wrong besides a bad reaction to the vaccine? How urgent is it? Should I wait until I can get to the vet (tomorrow), or go to an animal hospital? If your friend can't take in any food or water and is very lethargic, Then take your friend to the hospital!Go ahead and call the animal hospital and get their advice. Good luck.I'd call your vet or an emergency clinic now. A young kitten can get dehydrated quickly if they have repeated vomiting and diarrhea. Whatever the cause, he needs to be treated. The cat is obviously having an allergic reaction to the vaccine..this can be fatal..get the cat to the vet NOW!Definately call your vet tomorrow, and get him in. Lethargy after one day is not normal. Vomiting one day is, diarhea can be, but not extended like this over the weekend.
Can you phone an animal emergency place and ask them? See what they say?#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
