ok my torti female started peeing on my bed, and couches right after we got another kitten. we have 3 cats and 3 dogs, so 6 pets total, and the kitten bothers my cat that is peeing. also, i moved from home to go to college and my cat is very close to me so she started peeing even more after i left.
do you think my cat will stop peeing if i take her to live with me at my apartment? i have no pets with me currently. she will be the only pet. we already took her to the vets office and they confirmed that she has no health problems.
any thoughts?
thanksI suspect the stress in the house is the cause of the indiscriminate peeing, and that things will normalize if she can become your "only kitty" at your apartment, where it is you, her, and nobody else. She obviously misses you (cats do bond to people) and will probably settle down when you move her. I think that's the wise thing.yeah, because shes suffering separation anxiety.
*and miss being with u.although cats don't take to change easily, i think she might do very well if you took her with you. she is apparently not happy with the new kitten. although, with time she might get used to the new kitten. another thing you might think about is how many litter boxes do you have? you might want to add another one.tape he private with ductape#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
