i want one on the back of my neck just initials, nothing to dramatic (: i just want examples of what it would feel likeprick yourself with a needle like deep enough to bleed slightly that's how it feel but repeatedly. I know this sounds weird but that is exactly what is happening but the only difference is that there is ink involved. It doesn't hurt to bad I have 2 of them. One is on my foot, and I have heard that getting them on you neck, feet, wrist etc any sensitive areas its hurts worse but its tolerable. The one on my foot is rather large but I didn't cry or anything it was like when I was 21. Its a big cross, I have one on the back of my wrist next to my palm..That one hurt a lot more but again very tolerable (it is just like getting a cartilage and navel pierced). The outlines feel like you're getting scratched, but the filling in bits don't feel like anything, it just feels like vibrations.
It's annoying, but it's not unbearable, I guess I would say it hurts a little. Much less than any piercing. i have 5 one across the top of my back thats quite a size and that hurt on my shoulder blades, but the rest never hurt in fact i quite like the pain

but then my mum had one little one on her lower back and said it was awful, everyone is different everyone has different pain points if yuou are just havig initials it won't take long so the pain will be over quickIt's not unbearable or anything, but yes, they hurt. It's a needle piercing your skin repeatedly!
My tat artists have a poster in every room that says hell yes it hurts.it really depends on how much you can take pain...
also, when tattooing, the needle pokes the bone, making it feel realll weird. Im quite skinny and my legs and ankles are too.. I had a tattoo on my ankle and the part which hurts the most is the OUTLINE. When they fill in the colour it doesn't hurt that bad at all. My tattoo is quite big, but it doesnt take too long. The way to judge is through your pain threshold. If u can go to the doctors and have an injection, it feels like that, but a little worse. Worth it if u really want it done. xxif your talking REAL tattoos? oh, yeah, do they ever hurt! did you know they burn the tattoos on you? with real fire,yeah.Yeah it really depends on how much pain you can stand and the neck honestly isn't THE greatest place to start if this is your first tattoo. To me, it hurts like a good cat scratch. A bee sting hurts much worse than a tattoo, even the most sensitive spots. I have a tattoo on the back of my neck, and it weas the least painfulk of all of my tattoos. The pain will only last a second, and you get an awesome piece of art with you the rest of your life.
