I think its called dark angel or black angel. It was played as an example in my guitar class as an atonal piece of music. We were studying serialism and I can't find it on youtube or google. I think it was written by a composer in the 1800s-1900s and he moved to Los Angeles in the 1900s if I recall. Thanks in advancedI know of no piece by that name, however if the composer moved to Los Angeles and it is serial music, then it is most likely Arnold Schoenberg... or possibly Stravinsky, both of whom moved there in the late nineteen thirties.
It is possible that the title you were given may be one piece from a suite and so you might want to check the names of all pieces.There's a group called Black Angels.. that's pretty atonal.
