My cat will not stop peeing ever were .he was fixed at a young age. he get canned cat food every night to keep the acid up , so he wont get bladder-kidney stones. he has been to the vet. we ever put lemon in his water...and we are moving in to house with carpet.If you are moving things around, it may be stressing him. Even though you give him canned food, he could still have flutd. My 9 month old cat got this and I gave her canned food mostly, chicken broth, and dry food to munch on, clean water everyday, and so I was surprised that she got flutd. Call the vet and ask if you can bring in a urine sample. Or, they will have to poke him with a needle to get a sample. Also, he could have a kidney problem that makes animals unable to hold their urine. Keep 2 litter boxes per cat because a cat may poo in one box and not want to urinate in the same box. You probably do this already though.when he pees put him in his litter box or sheDid the vet check him for an infection? I hope so...also if the tests came out negative, why did the vet not help you by telling you techniques to get the cat to stop this behavior.
