Thereâ ™s an old lady two doors down who is a real loaner. No family left and no friends that we know of. I usually see her every morning in her garden and doesnâ ™t say hello to anyone. Havenâ ™t seen her for a couple of weeks now, and her mail is piling up. maybe you could knock on the door or call her, if there are no answers, you might want to call the police to make sure there's nothing wrongUsually when people travel they make arrangements to have their mail forwarded, or held at the post office.................Hmm, well I don't think she's dead. She might actually have some friends or be off visiting distant relatives or something. Let's not be overly pessimistic and say something truly horrendous has happened. As for her mail, maybe she just forgot to get it forwarded.
Still, it's worth looking into to see if she's alright. Firstly, does she have a car? I'd doubt it, but if she does, check to see if it's there. If it's not, then that's a good sign - she's visiting and she forgot to get her mail forwarded. If she doesn't have a car, or she does and it's there, then we move on to step 2. Ask some people if they know her personally - maybe she does speak to somebody in the neighbourhood and you didn't know it. If they tell you that she's fine, then she's fine, no worries. If that doesn't work and nobody knows her, we go on to step 3. I know it seems redundant, but maybe try knocking on her door, in case she is just too lazy to work in her garden or get the mail - it's unlikely she'll answer, but just try it. Or if you or anybody else knows her phone number, then call her. If no further progress is made here, then wait for a little while longer to see if things shape out well. If it has been long enough (say a month since you last saw her) and there's still no sign of her, then contact the local police station to make sure everything is going alright.does she live in Michigan?
cuz my great-grandma has been in the hospital
for over a month.
she lives by herselfWell, if her mail is piling up, she likely didn't leave on an extended trip, since she would have have put a stop on it. I would be over knocking on her door, and if you know her name, look and see if she has a phone number listed in the phonebook. If so, give her a jingle. After a few days, I would call the police to do a welfare check.call the police, and ask them to do a wellness check. they will go and check on her.Oh My! She may be dead! Have you tried knocking on her door? Have you tried talking to the neighbor who lives directly across the street from her? Try making an annonymous call to the police and just ask them to check on her. Tell her you are concerned because she doesn't have any friends or family.
im too scared to answer that questionKnock on her door.knock on door and if there is no answer call the police to check surely you just dont leave it
