Nikon D50 Lenses/In General

  • Question change:

    Which is better, or more crisp I guess, the 18-70mm or 18-55mm. I ask being the kit includes the 18-55mm and am unsure of which lens to get in it's replacement. What is a good lens, no more than $400, that is a nice all around lens?


  • I haven't got the 18-70mm, but i'v heard several times its better than the 18-55mm. so in retrospect i would have gone for that. hope this helps


  • the 18-70 is a much better lense i hate the 18-55 tht came with my camera but i am to cheep to change it if you can aford it get the new (relitvley) 18-200 ed vr nikor lense
