Ive been through 2 interviews have my background check and they just finished calling my references I know I am one the 2 final candidates for the job. Please help I am so nervous about whether I got the job or not.PS I just went to your http://www.biz4free.blogspot.com and found it sucks!Be patient. HR normally doesn't make the final decision in the hiring process, it's usually the department/hiring manager. They're probably trying to decide between you and the other candidate while waiting for your background checks to finish up. There's honestly no way to tell how they are going to make their decision. Just keep your fingers crossed and hope it's you.
By the way, it wouldn't hurt to give them a follow up phone call in regards to the status of your application. Sometimes that extra follow up phone call showing interest can be a deciding factor in who gets offered the position and who doesn't.#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
