What is the differece between a dg cam and a handycam ?

  • i want to buy a camara for taking vedios as well as photos but i don't know which one i should buy if i have to buy a dg cam which one is best (less than 10000) and handycam (less than 25000) which should i buy a handycam or a dg cam. can i take photos in a handycam along with vedio


  • It is simple if u want better quality video than go for handy cam......u can always take still pictures form handy cam but quality is not that gud.On the oether hand if u want gud quality still pics and less need for video and better go for digi cam.U can even make upto 1hr movie clips using digi cams. Good digi cam around 10000 is sony 7.2 tp 8 mega pixel cam,,pics quality is good and model is also smart.


  • the chips inside the cameras allow them to do what they are suppose to do. all of them could do both but not the best quality. some of the sony hi def camcorders will do 10.1 mega pixels. weigh out your options to see which you will be using more then get that.

  • can u tell me whats d configuration of dg cam and handycam?
    because there are many varities in both of them bt i prefer u 2 buy dg cam cause there is more clarity inboth vedio and photos if u can tell me brand then i can tell u which one 2 buy and which is better.anyways thanks giving me chance to put my view infront of u.bye and tc and best of luck 4 ur near future.
