my kitten is 4 to 5 months old. she was fine yesturday.. she plays a lot n runs n bites..everything ..but today shes been all quiet doesnt walk or play ..n she vomitted 6 times.. the first 2 times was her food n it was brown n before that she did diarehea n the rest of the vomit was spit..like a little...but its scary when she does all that weird act before she vomits..like her body is all moving like a chicken..n in the morning her body was shaking but thats gone..but shes still slow n sleeping all the time..n she just played very little right now..n now shes sleeping..i dunno wuts wrong i think it might be beef that we gave her its friskies ..the can n she doesnt eat beef ever n this is maybe the second time after a while n i g uess she was hungry so she ate it...or she ate cheese off a pizza yesturday but it was reallly small..n or i cut her nails today n the nailcutter had some perfume smell that was really strong...or i was cleaning my shoes with oil eater n she smelled that...i dunno but ..plzz tell me how i cud get her to get better..n r any these reasons possible...maybe she licked her paws n tasted the perfume on her nails..? but she was like that before i cut her nails...when she was sleeping..helppp!!!My cat was throwing up for 2 days. i took him to the vet and found out that he had a shoe lace stuck in his intestines. Cost $1000 for surgery. Hope this isn't the case but, my cat eats everything so I have to cat proof my entire house. Hide shoes, stings all electrical cords have to be covered with special tubing so he can't eat anything. My cat sucks but I love that guy!hahahaha that's hilariousWhen your kitten begins vomiting and has diarrhea, it's usually a good idea to phone the vet to see what they say. Diagnosing your kitten's problem over the internet is difficult because nobody can actually see or examine her. Again, phone the vet as soon as you can. She might have something seriously wrong with her.
Secondly, you'll probably want to switch her food. Friskies is absolute garbage. It's made of questionable meat sources and less-than-healthy chemicals. If you've never heard of 4-D meats, google it, but make sure you're not eating at the computer.. that's what goes into Friskies. There's a reason it is so cheap! Look into a food like Natural Balance, Solid Gold or Wellness.
Good luck.Im not sure why shes vomiting. Do you have any plants in the house? My cat used to vomit when she eat the plants. If you have plants, examine them and see if the look bitten. I dont know the answer, its just a suggestion. If it continues for mor than a day, id take her to a vet.You need to take her to the vet a.s.a.p.Please take her to the vet, it could be ANYTHING! If you have no way to take her, make sure she drinks plenty of water. Even if you have to give it to her with a dropper.
